Membership:

Take advantage of our discounted member prices when you order online for shipping.
-Annual membership fee of $35.00 waived on all online orders for shipping.
-Customers who choose to pickup their orders at our warehouse, must have a valid membership card present for verification.
– A Canadian federal or provincial government-issued ID must be presented at a warehouse Membership Counter when applying for a Supply59 membership.
– Cards remain the property of Supply59 and must be returned upon request.
– The Primary Member must authorize cardholder changes, including additions or deletions, and is responsible for the membership.

Return Policy:

PLEASE open your package immediately upon receiving. Claims for damages, wrong or missing items MUST be reported within (3) three business days of receiving your products. No refund or replacements for damaged, wrong or missing items will be issued after (3) three business days.

1. We will accept returns within (30) thirty days of receiving your shipment excluding shipping charges.

2. All product returns require an authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the box along with the return authorization paperwork, both of which will be provided to you upon receiving your return authorization request. Boxes without this number may be refused at the cost of the shipper.

3. All returns must be received within (15) fifteen days of issuing a Return Merchandise Authorization. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

4. All customs and brokerage fees are the customers responsibility, Supply59 will refuse any packages with unpaid customs or brokerage fees.

5. All products will be assessed and must be returned in sale-able condition.

6. Products that are returned due to quality issues will be refunded or credited ONLY after a quality control inspection is carried out on the returned item(s). Similarly the cost of the return freight will only be refunded if the quality of the returned item(s) was deemed unacceptable.

7. Supply59 will accept the cost of return freight, if a wrong item is shipped, ONLY if Supply59 is notified of this issue within the (3) three business days of receiving your package.

8. If the cost of a returned, missing or damaged item is $35 or less, a credit will be applied to the customers account. There will be no replacement for that product.

9. Cancellations: We will gladly cancel your order without any deductions if your package is not shipped.

Privacy Policy:

Supply59 will not share, sell, or loan your information to any third parties.

Warranty:

We warrant each product that we carry to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
This warranty is only warranted to the purchaser of the actual product and only when installed by a licensed plumber or licensed professional contractor , who purchased and installed the said Product in accordance with installation of said product and as per applicable local plumbing and installation codes.

This warranty does not apply and you do not have a right of reimbursement if the failure or resulting damage is caused by:

Freezing during or after the installation or inadequate freeze protection.
Damages due to mishandle, tear, breaks, cracks or other external damages before, during, or after installation.
Components not manufactured or sold by us.
Exposure to temperatures and pressures beyond the range for the said Product.
Exposure to harmful, unauthorized, or unanticipated chemicals or substances or corrosive water conditions.
Exposure to ultraviolet light.
Damage or wear from abnormal operating conditions, accident, abuse, misuse, unauthorized alterations or repair.
If the purchaser believes that a Product is defective, the purchaser should notify us in writing within 10 days of noticing said defect and prior to expiration of the applicable warranty period.
The purchaser will be instructed to return said product to us at his/her expense, by any means for a thorough inspection.
In the event said inspection discloses to our satisfaction that said product is defective, a replacement for the same product will be made.
Furthermore we will pay the installing contractor the sum of ten ($10.00) dollars to apply to the cost of installation of said product replacement.

THIS WARRANTY SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF EVERY TYPE AND DESCRIPTION RESULTING FROM ANY CLAIMED DEFECT IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURIES AND PROPERTY DAMAGES.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE OR IN ANY WAY WARRANT THE INSTALLATION OF PRODUCTS DUE TO THE WIDE VARIANCE IN INSTALLATION PRACTICES AND OTHER CONDITIONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
